A man with short dark hair and a focused expression looks to the side, illuminated by a striking mix of cold blue light on his face and warm red light from behind. He wears a dark, high-collared outfit that enhances the mysterious, authoritative atmosphere. The background is deep and shadowed, with subtle red nebula-like textures that create a cinematic, otherworldly mood — perfectly aligned with the aesthetic of Cirqus Heresy.

THE FOUNDER'S CALL

You're here for a reason.

My name is Vitaly Chekalin, and Cirqus Heresy isn't just another Web3 initiative for me. I created it because I'm tired of watching talented people drown in systems they never chose.

I believe that in an era of programmable realities, we can design not only smart contracts but new forms of community, creativity, and power. But I cannot — and will not — do this alone.

The Order is built on multiplicity of perspectives. That's why I'm looking for you.

Who am I looking for?

I hope you can read between the lines and have a sense of humor.

Not employees. Not executors.
Co-founders.

People who come not with a resume, but with an idea.
Not for a salary, but for the right to build from scratch.
Not to execute tasks, but to set them.

Maybe you're:

  • An artist capable of creating the visual language of heresy

  • A developer ready to write code for alternative systems

  • A philosopher or writer who can articulate the ineffable

  • A researcher who sees patterns where others see chaos

  • A community architect able to build culture from day one

  • A strategist who understands how an idea becomes a movement

Or maybe — someone else. Someone I haven't even thought of. And that's exactly what makes this project alive.

What am I offering?

We're at Ground Zero. No established hierarchies. No "this is how it's done." There's a manifesto. There's vision. There's choice — to build this together.

I offer:

  • Founder-level role in the original team

  • Project tokens and treasury participation

  • Creative freedom without bureaucracy

  • Voice in key decisions

  • Ownership — not just work, but a stake in what we create

But most importantly — a chance to build something that's never existed before.

What am I looking for in you?

Not experience (though it helps). Not credentials.

I'm looking for:

  • Intellectual curiosity — the ability to ask uncomfortable questions

  • Ownership mindset — treating the project as your own

  • Ability to create — turning ideas into artifacts

  • Genuine interest — resonance with the idea, not just with tokens

Your next step

If this resonates — write to me.

Subject: "Cirqus Heresy — [your role or proposal]"

Tell me:

  • Who you are (not just professionally, but humanly)

  • What hooked you about Cirqus Heresy

  • What role you see for yourself — or propose your own

  • What you can bring right now

Don't wait for the perfect moment. This is it.

Final thought

In every great project, there's a moment when it was just an idea and a few people crazy enough to believe in it.

Cirqus Heresy is at that exact moment.

In one year, there will be a team.
In two — a community.
In five — a movement.

The question is: will you be among those who built it from day one?

"A temple is built not from stone, but from the choice of those who decided to enter."
